Custom entries and fields

I already posted this on the development blog, but I think this is the correct place:

Are you planning to add the possibility to have custom fields for an entry (and, of course, custom entries, not just those found at Amazon)?

I’d like to record things such as the date that the item was bought, the dateI finished reading it, etc…

Ok, I just read from a previous post that this is a medium term todo feature...
