It is a jpeg image. You need to right click on the image and save it on your harddrive. Then you can upload it from the 'Edit Profile' page.

Unless you already have saved it and you are getting some kind of funky error message about mime types when you are trying to upload it; try using a different browser to upload it. Firefox or Opera instead of IE or vice versa.

I attempted to upload it but it said that it wasn't jpeg format and couldn't upload. I was wondering if someone could fix it for me so that it is able to upload and I don't get this error anymore?

If I had paint shop pro on this computer I would help you but I can't so I hope that someone else decides to help you because I wouldn't like to not be able to use the picture I would want for my avatar so I can understand how you must feel.

It might be helpful if you could say exactly what the error is (write down the error message). Once again, have you tried using a different web browser to upload the image?
