Compatability bug

The compatability/similar members feature doesn't seem to be working properly at the moment for me. In most searches it turns up the first few members as 0% and the rest blank, while other ssearches show the first few scores but the rest are also blank.

Should be ok now and it gives the number of items you match on as well now!

I also don't get compatibilities and cant follow anyone and pictures can only be uploaded as the avatar first.

Compatibility should be showing soon but you may need to rate more items. What happens when you try to follow someone? What do you mean pictures can only be uploaded as the avatar first?

Ive joined fairly recently.
I'm not on facebook Im using firefox 3.6 the error console gives lots of yellow errors in the problem page and on many other sites.
Here i am working on the spring annihilation entry. Everything works except clicking on the no image place holder(upload a picture) or clicking on pictures moves me to the pictures page with no pictures there. clicking on post picture nothing happens. IE8 says theres an error on page (yellow triangle like firefox) when clicking post pictures. clicking on image 0 / the red X picture placeholder ie8 offers to diagnose connection problem.


Browse members page only shows members in the first three "sort by" categories not any of the compatibilities.
I have 48 tv shows. How many do i need to get compatibility?

Clicking on the "follow" or "friend" in someones profile doesn't do anything.
Ie8 says error and color of the link stays the same.

Can you post the error messages? You said you get errors for other sites, so do you know of any software you have running that could be interfering with javascript on the web browser? This could potentially be malware or spyware running on your system.

I have tested in firefox 3.6 and IE8 and can post images and follow people without any problems.

I have fixed the compatibility so it should show for TV and movies now.

Updated Java to 'update' 17. Lavasoft ad-aware and windows defender show nothing.

Compatibility works for tv / movie.

Friend and follow still don't work.
The unviewable picture in pictures through ei8 shows this at the bottom left corner.

I don't really know what javascript is. I got lucky in finding the error texts.

And now my point total is 0 while the rest of the point system seems correct. whoops nvm.

I have made a change that might help, let me know if it works now
