Clicking tags shows ALL users' items

This may or may not be a bug depending on how you look at it, but I think it's more of a design issue.....

If you are viewing someone else's lists, when you click on one of their tags, it shows you ALL items with that tag instead of just that users.

here is how to see what I mean. Go to my game list:

click on Darkwatch to take you here:

You can see the tag "fps" on the right. When clicking on that, I would expect to see all games that myvogonpoetry has tagged as fps, but when you click it, you go to:
[Link removed - login to see]
which looks like a list of ALL users using that tag but should show just my games tagged with that.

This is different than what happens when I am logged into my account. When I go to the Darkwatch page in my account it has it separated into
My Tags
fps

and
All Tags
fps

Which makes more MUCH sense (to me).
