Could they be TV Movies? They often go under the category of TV. If they're full-blown Movies categorized as TV Shows, then that's not good. Of course, it's not so so so bad now that Movie and TV lists can have items from the other platform in them.
Post up the ones you're talking about and, if they're categorized wrongly, the admin here will fix it.

No it's not possible to fix at the moment, hopefully soon there will be a proper function to change them.

How do you mean? Like being shown other lists that have a large number of items in common with the list you're viewing? Or for each item to have a little footnote or something which tells you of other lists it's on, or something like that?

Yeah i mean when i look one of my list it would be great to see wich items are common with some other list .. i think its first thing you told

I might be wrong, but lists having similar items might already be calculated in the "Related lists" section of your lists. If not, then that's definitely criteria to take into consideration.

RastaSheep, I have the same problem with film versus tv shows. Many times a film gets screened at a festival and then doesn't get the financial backing for theater or video/dvd release but will get a t.v. contract.
Also many countries don't invest in film distribution. It is almost ironic that with a swelling of national pride, a country will broadcast a film on national television... then technically it is a 'television release' and pretty much from there it is bound for obscurity. Then the film is bound in national and national broadcast red tape. While it might get shown every weekend on t.v. in the country of origin... some of us just have to read about those films.
AH! But my point!!! Even if it is listed as a "tv show" at IMDB you can still put that item on a 'movie' list here at "listal"... at least I haven't had a problem doing so.
LOL and sorry for jumping in after Tom and Pumpkinate have already answered your question.
