Change Layout Problem

For some reason I'm unable to change the layout of my profile. When I hover over a module it does show the "move" cursor, but I'm unable to move anything. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Oops. Sorry about posting this. I realized that I had disallowed scripts from my NoScripts add-on for Firefox. Problem solved!
