Certain music artists don’t get music connected to them

www.listal.com/artist/w-(double-you) shows no music at all, despite search results returning for both albums, plus duplicates.

www.listal.com/search/music/1/?query=duo+u%26u
www.listal.com/search/music/1/?query=2nd+w

The albums will only show if someone has listed the album at least once. So this profile ( www.listal.com/artist/2nd-w ) will show music but not the other one

I guess I’m not sure what you mean. www.listal.com/search/music/1/?query=duo+u%26u shows 2 people owning that album (putting it on their owned list, right?)

Of course, there’s also the fact that www.listal.com/artist/2nd-w is an invalid artist, and the two “2nd w” albums should be merged…

For some reason the artist wasn't properly recorded for that album, I've edited it and the artist page now shows the album.

As far as the duplicates go unfortunately that's a problem with lots of albums, I am hoping to have a solution to this sometime this year. You can edit the artists for albums so they all link to the same profile though.

Thanks. I worked out that if an album doesn’t show anything under “Performed by”, then you have to change it twice in order for the change to take effect. (i.e. for “2nd W” which had no artist in the details but did in the search results I had to change it from “W (Double You)” to something else (I chose “W (Double You”, and then back to “W (Double You)”. Simply editing and saving was not sufficient.

Thanks for the help.
