Can't make any lists?

Hello, I used to have an accoutn several years ago... anyway I just made a new one and linked it to my facebook. I am trying to make a list the way I always did. Click on make a new list, click a category, enter a title... but it keeps giving me an error message claiming that I didn't select a category (and I definitely did). I am trying to make a list of made-for-tv cheesy movies I have seen, and keep clicking on "TV shows" to do that, but then when I try to create it, it keeps telling me I need to select a category. So... is this a bug? What's up?

I have have heard of this problem before but cannot replicate it, what browser and version are you using?
