Button clicks acting up

I've been noticing this periodically over the last few days, but more noticeably today. A lot of times when I try to add something to favorites or click the vote button, it simply doesn't register or won't update it on the page without reloading it. I'm experiencing this with Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

Same, tried to rate an item and it didnt register.

Using Firefox 3.6, tested with no addons.

same here, wont work for me on any browser. anybody know whats goin on?
