Bug: Searching for term with apostrophe broken

Search for anything with an apostrophe, and if its a popular term, page 2 and onwards has a wrong URL causing those items not be found:

example, search for Tom Clancy's

www.listal.com/search/games/1/?query=tom+clancy%27s
www.listal.com/search/games/2/?query=tom%20clancy\

and go to page 2 and onwards. notice the URL is different from page 1, and because of this, nothing displays.

Also, related to this but different, search is way too picky with apostrophe. One would assume Tom Clancy would result in same results as Tom Clancy's, but it doesnt:

www.listal.com/search/games/1/?query=tom+clancy
