Bug or...?: Duplicate video uploads appear on feed

Checking the global feed lately, I've noticed that every video uploaded by Tim J. appears multiple times. I don't know if it's a site bug or not, but each one goes to the appropriate video and it only seems to be happening with his uploads.

He is adding the same video to multiple editions of the same book, I've sent a message about it.
