LoginBug: newly added actor images don't update on Movie page

I've added photos for two actresses for this entry shown above. The two actress are these:

www.listal.com/person/lucie-vondr%E1ckov%E1
But on their movie page, the icon still shows up as the question mark head. usually, hitting refresh forces it to update, but not this time. I even copied and pasted the address to IE7 (i use Firefox normally) and even without anything in the cache for listal in IE7, those thumbnails still didnt update.
This could be system-wide bug, not just to these two actresses. I haven't tried it on other actors and other movies, but I suspect it may be the same.
