Bug: HTML stripped from comments

Recently have noticed that html is being stripped from comments I leave. It doesn't happen all the time just every now and again. Is this something that has been flagged previously?

Which comments? Html is stripped when displayed so they original html entered is still in the database, if you can tell me the comment I can see why it has been stripped.
