bug: Edit Personal Information is broken

If you go to a movie's page, and click on Edit Personal Information, such as change your rating back to 0, or add a private note, it won't save the changes, and you get the following message:

A critical error has occured (*.*.*.*)

This error has been logged and will be dealt with asap.
