Bug? - Display Format & Reviews Links

1 - When choosing "No Images - Row" for the Display, I get blank pages. The correct number of pages is listed, with the "prev" and "next" buttons working, but each page has no content besides the headers, sidebar, and footers. None of the items in my list show up.

ETA:
2 - When viewing all the reviews of a user, the links to view reviews from specific categories is giving a 404 error
I.e. When here:
voxy.listal.com/reviews
if I click "Books" I get a 404 as it is leading here:
voxy.listal.com/reviewsreviews/books
instead of here:
voxy.listal.com/reviews/books
