Bug: Books being added to Owned instead of Read while rating

I've been trying to use the Rate Books feature lately but every time I rate the book that pops up and have Read selected, it gets added to my Owned list instead of Read.

I don't own most of the books that I've read so it'd be nice to keep them separate.

I believe the Games do that too, even when you click "played" and not "owned"
