Bug? Adding custom DVDs Region setting gets changed

I added a new DVD that wasn't in the database "A Simple Curve" and set the region as 0 but when it shows up on the list it says Region 2.

A week ago I added another DVD and set it as Region 1 but it showed up as Region 2.
