Broken Thumbnail Avatars

Iv'e noticed avatars are showing up as broken thumbnails quite a bit, especially on users lists-

Oh okay, Broken avatars thumbnails everywhere...and list default images not showing up either

It mostly seems to have been fixed but for some reason a whole host of head images have died. There's still the odd broken thumbnail too. Seem's the latest Image Server is a bit fragile.

This list exhibits the issues pretty well.

Note header image has died, also on Axe To Fall and Meanderthal items the broken thumbnail images. The weird thing is the image itself seems to be fine, it only happens when I transfer it onto the list.

Header images still seem to have an issue, I go on a random list, it'll appear for a moment and then vanish leaving just a grey block.
