Best way to add titles with accents in their letters?

I tried adding a few people with unusual accents in their names, noticing that names become corrupt if added this way.

Name is either cut off after first accent, or % appears. In second example, page doesnt display name even after I put this name (Inés Sáinz Esteban) in Birth Name section, which is supposed to show under portrait. I immediately reported correct name using intended function, but a few days passed without correction.

So... Should I add names removing accents, even though this is intentional grammar mistake... Or add them as is and wait for eventual moderator correction?

This has been problematic for a very long time. Only the site owner can correct this issue.
I would suggest not using accents when adding items but instead add them in the "edit"
profile area. I would also suggest not using these corrupted profiles as they will probably
never be repaired and look ridiculous. Just create new profiles without the accents.
