1984 was pretty sweet. I may have a new favorite soon, though, 'cause I've read some really sweet reviews of a new one called Cry Wolf: A Political Fable by Paul Lake. A Booklist review said it was more polished than Animal Farm. I've also heard it called "A book for post-9/11 America." Sounds pretty good to me. It's on Amazon.com. if anyone wants to check it out. It says it'll be released on June 1 but it can already be ordered off Amazon.
