Banning Members

A credible way to ban members needs to be set up to install some kind of risk to peoples actions on the forums. It may sound odd considering i have been hounding people all week, but if someone else had been able to Ban these people already or the threat of banning had been apparent then i would not have had to act. Its clear the groups have become increasingly quieter over the past few days, which i think shows an iron fist was needed by all to get things done simply. I dont believe everyone should be booted the second they declare a liking of Anime, but i do find it shocking that certain people are still allowed to talk on the forums. During my rounds, trying to encourage people to leave, i encountered two specific people who gave me nothing but vile death threats etc, its not the first time they have said these kinds of things, and some have done worse than that even. The rest just did not want to follow the rules, they showed complete disregard for the groups and just wanted to use Listal as a chat room.

If there is a set, effective threat then nobody will dare act out.

Stick to the issue of banning, not your personal beefs.
