Arrested Development?

Do you think that Arrested Development should be considered a TV show that was canceled before its prime? It did run for 3 season...

Wow. Fox cancelled that? God. Their network sucks so badly.

showtime might pick it up. let's all wish that miracles can come tru ;)

It *was* canceled before its prime, but they did a great job of handling the last episode(s). I'd love to see it on TV again... or at least get the seasons as a nice gift. heh.

I am officially the guy who has been getting people addicted to media at work. The fave of this week is Arrested Development. All 3 seasons are in circulation and the discussion of the details of the show is great. I mean, when the show was on the air I had no one to discuss it with, and now a year after it was canceled I have a ton. Good times. How it sucks that FOX gave this show the ax.

Fox may have another "Family Guy" on their hands with Arrested Development as the TV Cult Classic has become a major DVD Cult Classic. However, I do not see a "Family Guy Reunion" in store for Arrested Development as the actors would be hard to coax back to set with all the newfound silver screen stardom most of the characters have slid into.

Yeah, when you listen to the commentary tracks with the actors and some crew, they really give the impression that this is it for AD. Once cable networks like HBO and Showtime fell through, that became the end of shopping for a new home for AD.

Arrested Development, canceled before it's prime? At least it lived up to it's title, maybe!

Arrested is probably the funniest and most well written series of the last few years. Their only competition in my mind is The Office. I would have loved to see where the writers took the show after the third season.
