Is anyone having trouble starting their lists?

I have started to make two lists today and when I go to add items I get an error page and it will not load. Am I doing something wrong or is their a problem with the listal server? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The rearrange list page was disabled either for updates it should work fine now.

Edit - Seem that there was another problem that is fixed now.
