Movie that keeps you think, keep you guess, with excitement (thriller) not just with talking and talking, and which is not a classic movie that is under the year 1990. It can be chinese / japanese / korean / English.
Any other movies to recommend like:
Triangle (2009)
Prestige
Timecrimes
Prison Break
Inside man
The bank job
Death note
Internal Affairs (Chinese)
The Italian Job

I really like these:
Harry He's Here To Help
Dragonflies
Lemming
The Beast Must Die
Death in a French Garden
The Shout
Apt Pupil
Apartment Zero
The Consequences of Love
A History of Violence
Revanche
Animal Kingdom
Anything for Her
Night of the Sunflowers
The Double Hour
You had Timecrimes in your list so I've suggested quite a few European thrillers, they tend to be good at this sort of thing.

Dark Corners - despite the attention to be graphically appealing its more of a psychological thriller than a horror
Exam - low budget thing fairly unique

Mulholland Dr., The Silence of the Lambs, Paprika, Memento, Seven, and Black Swan are great.
You might like my list of psychological thrillers.

Second the "Funny Games" choice. And the 1997 Japanese film "Cure" definitely seems like your bag
