Advertisements in lists

I have noticed several lists with advertisements in the description area. Is it possible to move these to the bottom of the description or below the related lists section in lists?

For instance: http://www.listal.com/list/music-references-in-metalocalypse

I sometimes include a picture in my list description, but the ad is above this picture. I understand that ads are necessary, but I hate that they're wedged inbetween information and/or images in a description. :(
