Additional Person Added To A List - But I Didn't Add Her

I just added a picture of Bobbi Sue Luther to this list:

Down In The Valley III

But on my timeline, it says I simultaneously added Leila Lopes (Miss Universe)

A check on her profile, here, shows she was never added to that list, nor to any of the "Valley" series.

I am using Chrome as my browser and Windows 8.1

To the best of my knowledge, this has never happened before, nor does it appear my computer or Listal account have been hacked.

She is on the list at position 50, not sure how that could have happened

I see that,....interesting because it looks like it belongs there.

Tom, it happened again today. I added Hend Sabri to this list:

And my timeline says I simultaneously added Mandy Moore to the list. Mandy IS on this list, but her profile says she isn't:

And again today! I added Poonam Pandey to this list:

My timeline says I also added Emily VanCamp to the list at the same time. Again, here profile doesn't acknowledge that she was added:

But,...not only is she on the list, she has TWO entries with the same name (not duplicate profiles)!
