Adding pictures to a list

So, I was trying to add a picture to my list and when I refreshed the page, the picture had disappeared, as if I had never added it in the first place. I tried deleting the section to see if that would help, but, again when I refreshed the page, the deleted section reappeared as if nothing had happened. Anything you can do?
