11 years, 7 months ago at Sep 13 5:26 - I wonder about that too. Just wanted to add some people but when I use the IMDB people link (imdb.com/name/*) it creates a movie page instead of a people's profile. :(
Wikipedia works but often actors don't have a Wikipedia page. So not helpful.
I tried some different way: First added a movie and then searched in starring if the person gets a profile created. His / her name appear but that's it. Opening their profile link (always something like listal.com/person/1234567) results in an empty blank page.
So currently, what is the official and best way to create a person's profile when there is no WP page available?
I don't want to play around and try it with the bookmarklet before asking here...

11 years, 7 months ago at Sep 13 7:49 - IMHO the best way to add an actor, actress or film director is to just import from IMDb any movie or TV show featuring them.
This way, you play on the safe side because you get the person's name exactly as it shows on IMDb, thus keep all the links with movies and TV shows.

Movie has been successfully imported, e.g. www.listal.com/tv/house-of-harmony. If you click on "Claudine Wilde" you see that it links to a white blank page only :(

I added up a person and the profile can be seen on the "Recently added" tab of "My stuff", but then, when you use search, you get absolutely nothing. Oh, no, I mean, you get something because there's already a person with a very similar name, but, that's it.
