adding custom movies (that aren't in IMDB)

as the title says; is that possible?
people can add custom DVDs, music, etc, but why not movies?

i personally think it's difficult to add a movie in IMDB, i'd rather add it straight in here... D:
help would be appreciated~

I don't want people adding custom entries because this way I know the database is free of duplicates and bad entries.
