Adding custom entry glitching

I go to add a custom entry to the Music database and everything looks fine; it creates the page and allows me to fill in the fields. Then I leave the page and the entry doesn't exist anymore. If I go back and re-add the album, then it works, but it's kind of a pain to do it again. It also creates a null item on my update feed that redirects to the Music page:

I've removed the missing item. Still investigating why this happens (seems to be random)
