Adding a New TV listing

How do you make a new page, or new tv show or person to listal so i can update it. DO i sign up and make a new page or something?

You mean a custom entry? Custom items are currently only available for the Books, Games and Music categories. If you can't find the TV show you are looking for in the search box here try on IMDB. If it isn't showing up over there then it isn't in the database at the moment and it can't be added over here currently. If it is a new program then it may be likely that it will be added to IMDB soon (the processing times over there are extremely long). If you want to you can sign up to IMDB and start adding stuff, but it is a long process that needs a lot of patience and there are a LOT of guidelines.

We cannot make our own People (actors?) pages either, but you can try to find if they already have an existing page that is just hard to find. My ways of searching:

1. Use the search box to look for their name. It should come up with the profile of that person. If this doesn't work try number 2.

2. Take the URL type for the type of person you are looking for, I'll use actors in this case, like so:

www.listal.com/person/

Add on to the end of that the person's name with a dash(-) in the place of any spaces. This should work for people with special characters in their names too.

If those don't work then they obviously aren't listed as part of the cast in anything yet. Best thing would just be to wait, or add stuff to IMDB. ;)

Of course there is also a possibility that in the future items will be fully customisable by everyone and that might include making new items.

Alright i have a couple questions then.

#1 When i add a movie, can i add and update the pictures and information?

I already added a few photos of people that didnt have photos, i guess that was ok right?

#2 How do you delete a video?

I ask this because i dont use livevideo or youtube, i use dailymotion and the video didnt show up. So i want to delete it.

#3 Is it ok to add adult movies? And if so, can i edit each individual profile, just by adding photos and information?

Btw the pictures that i plan on adding is not showing anything, so no worries.

I guess thats about it. This site is awesome, its like a super imdb site.

Do alot of people post in this forum, because this place seems to kinda empty.

It is a bit slow, and there is just really a minority of us that ask questions and stuff really.

1. Adding pictures and editing the description is very helpful. Upload pictures for anything you want, as long as it is in the right place of course. :)

2. Right now we can't delete our own videos, but I'm hoping this feature will be added soon enough.

3. It is your movie collection, so if you want to add them, go ahead! As long as the pictures you add aren't explicit and the main one is safe for kids I'm sure that will be fine.

And as i said, this site is wonderful. Fast loading, and very smooth layouts. It took me 4 hours to fix my site.

I rate this site 9/10. Not perfect, because i want to add a flash mp3 player so when people visit my page, they can hear some music hehehehe. Maybe in the future this feature will be added. Even tho i understand the point of this site, its not myspace, but adding a small flash player would be cool.
