Add Custom Video Game to Database...not working...

I have been trying to add a new entry for the Wii Virtual Console. I am trying to add Pokemon Snap. I fill in the fields in the "Add Custom" window and when I hit "Add to Owned" it takes me to a blank web page and does not add the new entry to the Listal database or show up in my collection. This is my first attempt at trying to add a non-Amazon item to the database so there is a possibility of user error. I tried doing this in two different web browsers to see if that was the issue but did not work with Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
