actor listed as book author

I added this memoir to the database:

The author is a man named Tom Harvey but he is NOT the actor Tom Harvey whose name was attached to the record. Can this be corrected?

The same happens with this book:

There are a couple of actors named "David Thomas", but none of them is the book's author
