LoginAccent marks / special characters in URL

In essence:
www.listal.com/cecilie-hvidbak-Østergaard/
When hovering over her name on a photo page, becomes:
www.listal.com/cecilie-hvidbak-ostergaard/
which is a broken link.
Her name is rendered as "Cecilie Hvidbak Østergaard" on IMDb, so I don't know what users can do to avoid this.
