A report button

Since spammers seem to be popping up every now and then, would it be a good idea to have some sort of button for reporting spam on the boards? If it was on idividual threads then you might be able to implement a system where if someone submits a report, the next person to try and submit a report on the same topic just gets a message saying one has already been sent? I've seen this over on the Gaia forums and it probably cuts down on the amount of reports you would have to read through about the same topic. ;)
