Top 10 films of 2010 so far...

There have been some awesome films in 2010 and some awful 2010 films.
Post below here what your top 10 of 2010 are so far..

I generally have trouble talking about things I don't like. Not a problem here!

Of the movies I've rated this year, I rated highest Iron Man 2, Prince of Persia, Shrek Forever After, and Inception.

I haven't seen Shutter Island, Kick-Ass, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, or Predators. I did like Toy Story 3, just not as much as everyone else. And Alice In Wonderland was alright - though there was some good acting in that film, I personally found Helena Bonham Carter's performance to be most fantastic.

This list is almost guaranteed to change unless The Expendables, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Hot Tub Time Machine, Youth in Revolt, I Spit on Your Grave, Predators, The Town, Wall Street:Money Never Sleeps and Alice in Wonderland are complete busts.

Not a good year, but thankfully I didn't have the opportunity to watch much this year either. Pinning hopes on adding 'Megamind', 'Scott Pilgrim Vs World' and 'Predators' before years out.

Hoping to add Let Me in, the Social Network and Scott Pilgrim VS the World soon enough.

Not a great year so far, but getting better now that we're on the far side of summer blockbuster season. And there have been a couple of big surprises among the many let-downs. So far my top 10 reads like this:

1. Shutter Island
2. The Secret in Their Eyes
3. The Kids are All Right
4. Inception
5. The Town
6. Machete
7. Piranha 3D (Seriously.)
8. Knight and Day (I know I'm in the minority here, but I loved it.)
9. Iron Man 2
10.Scott Pilgrim vs. the World

major disappointments include Solitary Man and Cyrus. The majority of critics are plain wrong about both of them.

Not a lot of greatness this year unfortunately.

1. Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (8.5/10)
2. Mother (8/10) (2009 technically but whatever)
3. The Last Exorcism (8/10) (ruined by the last 10 minutes only)
4. Toy Story 3 (8/10)
5. Inception (8/10)
6. Shutter Island (8/10)

Nothing else worthy of being in a top 10 list this year. I assume Black Swan will be number one and possibly a spot for The Social Network.

besides the Pixar movies, i take my kid to, and don't bother to rate, i've only seen:

-The Crazies remake..fucking remakes.
-Iron Man 2, with family..i wouldn't pay to sit through that though i did enjoy Mickey Rourke, the rest of it was shit.

waiting to see Valhalla Rising.
