[Fixed] Some lists have the description listed twice.

More than a few lists, like this list and this list have the description listed like a white banner on top of the page. At the end of the description on the top of the page is Code:

I don't think it's a syntax error because the lists didn't have the problem until recently .

The problem must be because of something typed in the list descriptions because when I completely deleted the description for one of them, the problem was removed; also, removing block-quotes didn't help.

I'm having the same problem with my lists or well just many of the lists that I view.
