Description: Tarja Smura is the 1993 Miss Finland. She was ranked in the top ten in the Miss Universe competitions. Smura caught the attention of the press after socializing briefly with film director Renny Harlin. Smura was a candidate for the Women's Party in the 1995 parliamentary elections. Shortly after the election, she withdrew from publicity. In the 2008 municipal elections, he was elected to the Lohja City Council as a representative of the politically non-aligned Our Lohja citizens' movement.
