Superfly is a Japanese rock unit that debuted on April 4, 2007. Formerly a duo, the unit now consists of Shiho Ochi.
Superfly was formed in 2004 by Shiho Ochi (越智 志帆 Ochi Shiho) and Koichi Tabo (多保 孝一 Tabo Kōichi). After a battle between recording labels, the duo debuted with their 2007 single "Hello Hello". Koichi Tabo left the unit on November 8, 2007, a few months after their second single "Manifesto" was released, but remains behind the scenes composing the songs.
