Ability to tag photos with key words such as colours or items in the frame, or to tag several people in the same photo.

I agree with this, we should be able to tag people so that one photo can be on multiple items, this would saves server space, cut back on duplicate images across multiple pages, as well as consolidate votes and make things nice and neat
