But also provide an opportunity to change it / vote it down again. (otherwise Nic Cage's profile picture would always be this one ;-) )

And also, only allow posters to be the primary image for movies. Because very often the top voted picture is a screenshot or production photo.

Agree for movies - also for albums should be the cover-art. I have re-edited my original suggestion to reflect this.
