Add ability to vote "Does this item belong on this list?" for each list item with a thumbs up or down and then sort by those votes

And a comment as well, like "This item technically does belong on this list, but its a very poor example of the subject of the list, is only part of this movie very briefly, etc." It would be good to see the comments just about that item on the list rather than having to go through hundreds of other items and comments you may or may not care about. The comment could still be added to the comments list at the end of the list, though, for those who were reading every comment--there would just have to be some auto-generated text that said "This comment was added to item X in this list."
