Apply the Compatibility ratings that appear on Profile pages sitewide so it can be used as a sorting filter

To sort other members. It could be used in different places, but I was thinking of the ratings page for a movie

where you could sort the ratings by the members' Compatibility rating so that you could see what ratings the members most compatible with you gave the movie. This would be helpful when none of your friends or people you follow have seen it. This has already been done on the profile pages in the 'Similar members based on Movie ratings,' for example. They're sorted by 89% match (282 items), 83% match (264 items), 78% match (270 items), etc.
