Demarcate the end of a section with a lower divider line if the section that follows it has no Name

Sometimes I just want to add one section somewhere in the middle of a list to group some items together. That section needs a Name and Description but the other sections don't. What I do now is add a single space in the Name and a blank line in the Description of the succeeding section to generate the dividing line and get the right spacing.
