Ability for list's owner to pick any image as Default Image, not just one from the first few items on the list

If I'm making a list of "Best Movies of Actor X," I don't want to have use a poster or image from one of their movies; I'd rather use a promotional photo. Also, the photo may end up looking bad/nonsensical due it being converted to a square thumbnail, so I'd have to pick a different one. I'd suggest leaving the radio buttons for the first few images, which are convenient for some lists, but adding a URL field where you're allowed to enter the URL/image code of any image on listal.
