Ability to add TV programs, films, books, singers etc to own lists when on the item - like the Add to Favourites option but Add to List/s.

This is already possible (unless I misunderstand the suggestion), you just have to click + custom.

I see the +Custom on movie lists but not people lists like

You have understood me Tom and I had overlooked the + custom option which meets the need I was referring to.
