Not sure what you mean exactly but I do plan to add the ability to create forum topics directly from the item page.

for example on http://www.listal.com/movie/blood-work-2002: "discuss with others: 'Blood Work' Forum Topic (currently x posts)".

Like IMDb has not just a thread but a whole forum for every movie?

^ I hope so. I think it would be easier to discuss with people who share the same interest and such, and could make it a bit more social.
