Create two tabs under 'Related lists' section, 'Picked by computer analysis' and 'Picked by list's creator'

Or maybe just "listal's picks" and "List creator's picks." Personally, I'd want the "List creator's picks" to be displayed by default and the "listal's picks" behind it because the list creator may have already evaluated the lists picked by listal. Maybe next to the '5 votes' image on the 'listal's picks' there could be some indication of the list creator's opinion of them.
