What is the "Not Interested" button for? How is it different from the "Remove" button?

I think you should ask in the Listal Feedback board. Anyway, I believe that the "Not Interested" button removes an item from your "Recommendations", while "Remove" removes it from your "Collections". Neither of them remove it from your Custom Lists. AFAIK.
