Description: Stefanie was born in Evanston, IL to Ukrainian and Moldovian immigrant parents. She grew up with her mother, Slava and only spoke Russian until the age of six. At eight years old, she and her mom moved Florida. There, she joined a children's theatre group to better learn English. Through out high school, Stefanie participated in school and community plays and wrote and performed her own comedy sketches. At 18, she moved to Tel Aviv for college.
